Lighting a cigarette from a yahrzeit candle

Is it permissible to light a cigarette from a yahrzeit candle that has been lit to commemorate a yahrzeit (anniversary of the death of a Jew)?

In previous eras, people were more careful not to do such things, the Aruch Hashulchan already stated that we are not careful about it, and people have made use of these candles, and since this is the case, people who light the candles are aware that they may be used for such things.

Nevertheless, someone who refrains from such use of a yahrzeit candle is praiseworthy.
