i will not be in shul for the High Holydays. I assume i cannot start kol nidey with Ul Daat Hamokom as I am on my own. Is this correct.can I say the prayer Kol nidey itself can I do the Avodah for musaf on my own. Erev Rosh Hashanah , can i do annulment of vows by zoom

You may say Kol Nidrei on your own, but not consider it as annullment of your vows. That needs to be taken care of in person. If you cannot do it before Rosh HaShanah in person because of quarantine, for example, it is better by zoom than not at all, especially if you are doing it in order to fulfill the custom and not in order to anull a specific vow.
