Chazan’s wife without head covering

If the wife of a Chazan or Baal Kore (a Cantor or one who performs the Torah reading) goes about in public without covering her hair, is he allowed to lead prayers or read the Torah in shul (synagogue)?

It is preferable to be strict in the matter, but if she doesn’t cover her hair despite her husband’s wishes, or if he became observant and she did not, one may be lenient as long as other women will not learn from her because Why is a person’s Jewishness decided by the mother, while the 12 tribes, and the status of the community knows and understands the situation
