Can children (as opposed to adults) be fed meaty foods during the 9 days starting from the first of Av?
Some halachic authorities permit feeding children meat, till the age of six or seven, just as they are allowed to drink the wine from havdala, while some authorities permit it only if it is necessary for their health.
