Is it permissible for women to go to gravesites of righteous people when they are in a state of nidah?
It is customary that women do not go to the gravesites of tzadikkim while they are menstruating, but during the seven clean days they may go.
However, if the grave is not in a cemetery, then the gravesite of a righteous person is considered to be like a synagogue, where a woman is allowed to go and pray while she is in the nida state.
We don’t follow the opinion of those who maintain that a woman should not go until she has gone to the mikvah, because then it would be a problem for widows and unmarried women.
