If I am on a flight and ate a meal, then a dairy meal is brought and I am not sure that 6 hours have passed, is it permissible to eat the dairy meal? I don’t have the possibility of taking it out with me to eat off the plane.

If it isn’t possible to clarify whether or not six hours have passed, and it is urgent to eat and one will not be able to put it off till later, there are authorities who permit eating without waiting until one is sure that six hours have passed. (Darchei Teshuva) So, if necessary one may eat the dairy meal, especially if the meat meal was only poultry.
