ענין הנחת תפילין

שאלה של מקורב, אשמח להרחבה בנושא: מה מיוחד כל כך במצוות תפילין עד כדי שפותחים דוכנים ומציעים לכל יהודי להניח? למה לא מתעסקים בלהפיץ רק שיעורי תורה והמצוות יבואו ממילא?

The Rebbe did not agree to having a stamp made with the image of the Alter Rebbe on it, in order to avoid the situation of the stamps lying around on the ground, so it is the same with the Rebbe’s picture. It is not appropriate to let it lie on the ground.
