כעס במוצאי יום כיפור

שלום כבוד הרב,
בצאת הכיפורים כעסתי על אבא שלי כי הוא אחר להגיע ב30 דק'.
מהכעס לא אמרתי גמר חתימה טובה אלא מיד כעסתי.
זה מאוד כואב לי שכך סיימתי את הצום וגם על כך שהרמתי את הקול.
איך ניתן לכפר על כך?

הקב"ה בוודאי רואה שאת מתחרטת על כך, ולכן הוא בוודאי סולח.

כיון שהיה כאן גם פגיעה באבא, לכן, כדאי שתבקשי סליחה מאביך על ההתפרצות כלפיו, תאחלי לו כמובן מכל הלב גמר חתימה טובה, ותקבלי על עצמך להקפיד יותר בענין זה.

ותסירי לגמרי כל מחשבה של עצבות או רגשות אשם.

אנו לא צריכים לייסר את עצמנו. כאשר מתחרטים ומתקנים הקב"ה סולח.
