Pasteurized wine touched by non-Jew

The Rav Name: Rabbi Boaz Yurkowitz

Is it permissible to use pasteurized wine that was handled by a non-Jew?

Firstly it must be stated that pasteurization is not the same as cooking since it does not cause steam to rise. Wine companies that have a high standard of kashrut supervision use a process whereby some steam does rise during pasteurization, and thus it may be considered cooked, so that it is permissible to use it although it was handled by a non-Jew.
