‏How do we observe Purim Katan?

There are no specific obligations regarding Purim Katan in halacha, however, many have the
custom to prepare a festive meal and celebrate it with joy.

We do not say tachanun, fast, or eulogize.

The Rebbe adds that one should begin learning the laws of Purim, as is customary thirty
days before each festival, and encourage others to do so as well. Also, one should plan the
outreach that they will be doing on/around Purim.
