Clowning about idol worship

There is a person in our community who constantly ‘clowns’ about people. Is there any halachic solution for this kind of person?

The Gemara states that all kinds of mocking are forbidden, except for that which relates to idol worship, so this person can ‘clown’ about idol worship and those who do it without any halachic problem whatsoever. You can offer him this solution as an alternative to mocking anybody else.
