Kneading dough with milk

Regarding cheesecake, we can be lenient because the concern is lest it be eaten with meat, which is not likely in the case of a sweet food like cheesecake. A breadroll/bun however, where you can’t see that it is dairy (chalavi) ,is problematic because people are used to eating bread, even if the blessing on it is mezonot, with meat.
