If one falls asleep before davening Maariv and wakes up before morning, can he daven Maariv? And if so, would he need to say the morning brachot beforehand or afterwards?
If the person wakes up before dawn, and intends to go back to sleep, he should say the blessings on the Torah and then pray Maariv. If, however, he intends to begin his day, he should say all the morning blessings, and then Maariv, as long as it is still before dawn.
